This policy describes how AEECI Foi Agissante collects, uses and protects your personal data, in accordance with Ivorian law n° 2013-450 on the protection of personal data (ARTCI).
Depending on your usage: name, email, phone (member account, donations, registrations, contact); donation and course history; prayer requests and appointments (care centre); preferences (language, notifications).
Manage your account and history, process donations and issue receipts, manage registrations and events, provide pastoral care, and — with your consent — send you notifications.
Creating an account, submitting a prayer request and subscribing to notifications are based on your explicit consent, withdrawable at any time (profile preferences, unsubscribe). The version of the texts you accepted is kept in your consent history.
Prayer requests and pastoral notes are sensitive data: access strictly reserved to authorized persons, content encrypted at rest, never published or exported.
Hosting: Zeabur (application and database). Media storage: Cloudflare R2. Payments: GeniusPay (your card data is never stored by the Church). Notifications: OneSignal. Video: YouTube. Emails: our SMTP provider.
We measure the platform audience internally (no third-party service), without advertising cookies or storage of your IP address: only aggregated and pseudonymized statistics (pages viewed, device type) are kept, to improve the service.
We keep your data for as long as necessary for the above purposes. Closed prayer requests, processed messages and unsuccessful payments are anonymized after a defined period; confirmed financial data is kept for accounting obligations.
You have the right to access, rectify, port and delete your data. You can edit your profile, download your data or delete your account (anonymization) from your space, or contact us at aeecifoiagissante@gmail.com.
Role-based access, encryption of sensitive data, HTTPS communications, signed payment webhooks, audit log of sensitive actions.
