Purpose

These conditions govern the use of the AEECI Foi Agissante platform (website and application): browsing, member account, donations, course and event registrations, care centre and notifications. By using the platform, you accept these conditions.

Member account

Creating an account requires accurate information and acceptance of these conditions and the privacy policy. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. You can edit your profile or delete your account (anonymization) at any time from your space.

Donations and payments

Donations are processed by our payment provider GeniusPay; your card data is never stored by the Church. A receipt is issued after confirmation. Confirmed donations are non-refundable, except for manifest error reported within a reasonable time.

Courses and events

Registration for a course or the purchase of a paid event ticket is only effective after payment confirmation. Tickets are nominative and validated by QR code at the entrance. Event capacity may be limited.

Care centre

Prayer requests and appointments are treated confidentially by the authorized team. The content is encrypted and is neither published nor shared outside this team.

User behavior

You agree to use the platform in a lawful and respectful manner, without affecting its operation, security or the rights of others.

Intellectual property

The platform content (texts, images, logos, videos) is protected and may not be reused without authorization from AEECI Foi Agissante.

Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy, which you accept by using the platform.

Liability

The platform is provided «as is». The Church endeavors to ensure its availability and accuracy but cannot be held liable for interruptions, errors or indirect damages.

Changes to conditions

These conditions may change. The applicable version is the one published on the platform at the time of your use.

Applicable law

These conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire.
